1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use pk1447, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pk1447 strictly enforces this age limit and will verify your age via CNIC during the KYC process.
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, organisation, or automated agent.
• You are accessing pk1447 voluntarily and entirely of your own free will.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you wager.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order — whether imposed by pk1447 or by any gaming authority — that would prohibit your participation.
• You are not acting on behalf of another individual or third party when registering or funding your account.

3 Account Registration

To access pk1447's full range of services — including cricket betting, live casino, and slots — you must register a personal account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account management:

• Each individual may hold only one active account on pk1447. Duplicate accounts detected by our systems will be suspended without notice.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. pk1447 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone.
• You must notify pk1447 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account sharing — allowing a third party to access or operate your pk1447 account — is strictly prohibited.
• pk1447 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion, without providing a reason.

Account registration on pk1447 is straightforward and typically takes under two minutes. You will need a Pakistani mobile number to receive the OTP verification SMS. Once your basic registration is complete, you may make an initial deposit via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or a supported bank transfer. Full withdrawal functionality requires completion of the KYC verification process described in Section 8.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pk1447 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: pk1447 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Raast instant payment. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Deposit limits may also be set by the Player as part of responsible gaming tools described in Section 9. All deposits are credited to your pk1447 account in PKR without any currency conversion or additional platform-side fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control. Withdrawals require a fully verified KYC account. pk1447 aims to process withdrawal requests within one to three business days, depending on the payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfer withdrawals.

• pk1447 reserves the right to perform additional identity and source-of-funds checks before processing large withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full before any withdrawal can be initiated.
• Attempted chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent deposit activity will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant financial authorities.
• pk1447 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on pk1447, including cricket betting, live casino games, slots, and blackjack:

• All bets and wagers placed on pk1447 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where pk1447 explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-edit feature for a specific market.
• pk1447 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, incorrect odds display, or system malfunction. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet result, the data recorded in pk1447's systems shall be considered the authoritative record.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game, per market, and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted by pk1447 at any time.
• Live in-play betting on cricket and other sports is subject to suspension during key moments such as wickets falling, time-outs, or video review. Bets accepted during a suspended market may be voided at pk1447's discretion.
• pk1447 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or betting market. Games and markets may be withdrawn without prior notice for maintenance, licensing, or regulatory reasons.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pk1447 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. The following terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Bonus offers are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus structures — including the use of multiple accounts, VPNs, or coordinated play — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and potential account closure.
• Each bonus offer is valid for the time period stated in the promotion details. Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money funds unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bets placed using Bonus Funds that are subsequently voided or cancelled do not count toward wagering requirements.
• pk1447 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice. Once a Player has opted into a promotion and met the eligibility criteria, the bonus will be honoured.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the wagering requirement structure. They cannot be transferred between accounts or gifted to another player.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus award or wagering calculation, pk1447's internal records shall be considered final.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

pk1447 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with pk1447 in a manner not explicitly permitted.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live casino games involving multiple participants.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities in pk1447's software. Players who discover a vulnerability must report it to support immediately rather than exploit it.
• Chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on pk1447.
• Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund a pk1447 account.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use pk1447 to conceal the origin of illicitly obtained funds.

pk1447 employs dedicated fraud detection and game integrity monitoring systems. Accounts found in breach of fair play obligations will be suspended immediately. Funds associated with fraudulent activity will be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited permanently. pk1447 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial regulatory authorities where required.

8 KYC & Verification

pk1447 is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its commitment to responsible gaming, anti-money-laundering obligations, and age verification. The KYC process involves the following:

• Identity Verification: You will be required to submit a clear copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC). The name and date of birth on your CNIC must match the information provided during registration.
• Age Verification: Your date of birth on your CNIC will be used to confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. Accounts where age verification fails will be closed immediately.
• Address Verification: For higher withdrawal tiers, pk1447 may request a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months confirming your residential address in Pakistan.
• Source of Funds: For large deposits or withdrawals, pk1447 may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of the funds being used on the platform.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. Until KYC is complete, withdrawal functionality remains restricted. pk1447 may request updated KYC documentation at any time, particularly if there is a significant change in a player's transaction patterns.

9 Responsible Gaming

pk1447 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform provides a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may suspend their account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login is disabled and no exceptions are made for early reinstatement.

10 Privacy & Data

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement governed by these Terms & Conditions at any time:

• By the Player: You may close your pk1447 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
• By pk1447: pk1447 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other conduct that pk1447 deems harmful to the platform or its players.

Upon termination initiated by pk1447 due to a breach, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings derived from prohibited conduct may be forfeited in their entirety. Real-money funds not implicated in the breach will be returned after a thorough investigation is completed.

13 Disputes & Governing Law

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome, account transaction, or any other aspect of pk1447's services, the following process applies:

1. Contact pk1447 Support via live chat (available 24/7 from the Support page) and describe your complaint in full, including your account details, the relevant transaction or game reference, and the nature of your dispute.
2. pk1447's support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within five business days.
3. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the support team, you may escalate your complaint to pk1447's compliance department by emailing the support address on our Support page.
4. pk1447 will provide a final written decision on all escalated complaints within 14 business days of escalation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk1447 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.

14 Amendments

pk1447 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process applies to any amendments:

• Material changes to these Terms — defined as changes that materially affect the rights or obligations of Players — will be communicated via in-platform notification and/or email to registered players at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Minor changes (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of the terms, or updates to contact information) may be made without advance notice.
• The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms was published.
• Your continued use of pk1447 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using pk1447 and may close your account as described in Section 12.
